2 · Token diff — proposed “product/app” layer

Additive. The editorial portal tokens stay as they are; these apply only under an app shell.

3 · Spec v1.1 rules bent

  1. The 6-tile KPI strip is split into 4 hero figures + 3 tiles + the committee ring. Fit and Timing are scores, so the KPI cap of 6 still holds.
  2. Inferred and Estimate lose the boxed lozenge in prose. Inferred is ◐ and Estimate is ≈ plus the word; boxed labels stay in table headers.
  3. Source chips become source stacks. A click opens the evidence side sheet rather than scrolling. Scroll-and-pulse moved to its “Show in …” button.
  4. The right rail is dissolved into “About this account”: a right column at 1440+ and a collapsible card below. It is no longer a separate rail at 1024–1279.
  5. The canvas is #EEEFF1 instead of the portal's warm --ink-050. That is a new app-layer token, not a brand change.
  6. Icons use Lucide paths inlined as SVG. Flagged as a substitution because Nortian has no icon set.
